These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application “QuizApp” (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The App provides quiz and Japanese-learning experiences and related features such as online play. Specific functionality is described on the stores and inside the App.
2. Accounts
You may register with email and password or use guest/anonymous modes where offered.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and your device.
You must not misuse accounts, circumvent technical limits, or violate applicable laws or store policies.
3. Virtual items, ads, and purchases
Virtual currencies or items have no real-world cash value except as expressly granted by applicable consumer laws.
Advertising presentation may change based on settings, subscriptions, or policies.
Paid features or subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Cancellations and refunds follow each platform’s rules.
Pricing and offerings may change with reasonable notice where required.
4. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
Violate laws or infringe others’ rights
Harass users or attempt to cheat, exploit, or disrupt the App or servers
Use bots or automation to impose unreasonable load
Reverse engineer or circumvent protection except where mandatory law allows
Engage in other conduct we reasonably deem abusive
5. Intellectual property
The App and its contents are owned by us or licensors. Except for limited personal use permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Third-party dictionary or media credits appear in the App (About / Licenses sections).
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for disputes between users or issues caused by networks, devices, or third-party services except where gross negligence or willful misconduct applies under mandatory law.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim (and may be zero for entirely free use).
7. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue features or the entire App. Where feasible we will provide advance notice.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to non-waivable consumer protections in your country of residence.
9. Contact

10. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting revisions to this page or the App. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless prohibited law requires explicit consent.
